'SunRidgePath started as a small vision: to bring true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our restaurant was initially a tiny, family-owned business with recipes passed down for generations.
Luca Rossi, the original founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation in her travels across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and using only the best ingredients.
Our modest beginning with a mere 12 seats has expanded into a celebrated neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine taste has remained constant. We continue to employ classic wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and select top-tier ingredients for our dishes.
Nowadays, 'SunRidgePath' is still led by the Rossi family, with the next generation stepping up to steer our dedicated staff. Although we've incorporated some modern updates, our core remains unchanged: we produce delectable, real pizza that unites our patrons.
